ltdiver 3 #3 November 27, 2003 QuoteDon't let Ivan catch you. The post was 'stuck' over in the CRW forum with only one reply in 2 days! Thought I'd give it a boost and bring it into a more frequented place. They deserve all the recognition and applause we can give! They have more guts, flying so close with so many other open canopies, than I'll ever have. Congratulations team!!! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
ltdiver 3 #4 November 27, 2003 O.K., I bow to PhreeZone. I -just- got back from work and didn't see the word "World...CRW" in any title on Talk Back. Geeze, can't Phree choose a more direct title to a thread? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Squeak 17 #6 November 27, 2003 HOW AWSOME IS THATI've seen very little CRW here in Oz, it's a shame 'cause it looks awsome. You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing?

Taz 0 #9 November 27, 2003 Awesome! That is one of the coolest looking things I've ever seen. Now I have something to work towards... like maybe in a million years when I have some more CRW experience Thanks for sharing! -TIt's the Year of the Dragon. Swoopyswoop 0 #10 November 27, 2003 Its really a shame that Crew is sadly starting to fade away, and is very rarely mentioned to our new jumpers coming into the sport. What the world needs is a few good crew dogs to work with other people who have not had the priveledge to attempt crew(safely that is). And what an awesome record. Nobody realizes the discipline and patience these guys and gals have put forth to create this massive bohemoth. Good show everyone "when I die, I want to go like my grandfather while im sleeping, not like the passengers riding in the car with me Swoopster A.S.S. #6 Future T.S.S holder
Eiley 0 #11 November 27, 2003 QuoteHOW AWSOME IS THATI've seen very little CRW here in Oz, it's a shame 'cause it looks awsome. You need to visit us down at Tooradin! Crimson Mist are often there, but there's also a bunch of CRW 'Pups' who like to go up and stomp all over each other's canopies. It's awesome to sit at the bar at the end of the day and watch the CRW. To the CRW Dogs on the Record - HUGE congratulations! Cheers Eiley nothing to see here

Way to go Keith MacBeth!! Met Keith at Sebastian Double-25-way Diamonds (where he hurt his ankle landing in somebody's backyard - helped him out with some 'special' Aussie painkillers ) and again at Lake Wales last November. He was always the only CRW Dawg younger than my SO, Paul (who was 26)! Again, Congrats CRW Dawgs! Cheers, Eiley nothing to see here
flyangel2 2 #13 November 27, 2003 Here in Colorado we are very lucky to have the World Famous Wild Humans CReW team. They are great about having workshops/camps for the newbies. It's a weekend of CReW, learning from the best. They even take the time to get canopies lined up for everyone in the camp. By the end of the camp, there are 4 stacks happening all over the sky. All I can say about my latest adventure with one of the Wild Humans, is that I'm glad I was with one of them in a bad situation. Thanks Joe...it's great to be aliveMay your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. diablopilot 2 #14 November 27, 2003 QuoteIts really a shame that Crew is sadly starting to fade away I atribute this to the advancement in technology. Used to be it was no big deal to get a couple docks in after freefal, on the way to the landing area. Now CReW canopys are so CReW specific everyone thinks its some form of "black death" to do any CReW on conventional canopies. CReW does not mean contact! People should (when they feel comfortable) go fly relative wiht otheres under canopy. We do it in freefall, we do it when driving down the highway, what's so scary about playing a little under canopy?---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. Seriously.
