It says "The use of a Cypres, Vigil or Argus AAD, while authorized by Aerodyne, is at the discretion of the owner and his or her rigger." I think he meant: "The use of a Cypres, Vigil or Argus AAD, when such use is authorized by Aerodyne, is at the discretion of the owner and his or her rigger."
