billvon 3,090 #26 December 2, 2003 Looks like what I wear on cold days. It looks silly and I could care less - I'm warm while the fashionable chick in the back of the plane has three gaiters and wooly gloves on.
ACMESkydiver 0 #27 December 2, 2003 Ya look just fine to me! Who cares, you're warm, right? I wear clothes that don't matter if they get dirty, or grass-stained, (oh no wait...I never get grass stains because I always stand my landings...)...or stuff I wouldn't wear out of the house anywhere else. I have a "PornKings" T-shirt I wear over my turtleneck out at the DZ because I wouldn't be caught dead in it anywhere else, and it's kind of a joke...if you ever saw me, you'd understand that -I look like a sterotypical mommy of 3 I guess... last person you'd ever expect to be wearing that. It always draws a smile -Besides, you're wearing a jumpsuit anyway! I have never worn a jumpsuit, and don't intend to for several more weeks (it'll take that long to get one made...)~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action. VanillaSkyGirl 6 #28 December 2, 2003 You are dressed EXACTLY like Catholic school girl friends of mine did in high school for our Phys.Ed class on cold days. (Personally, in chilly weather, I always wore full-length sweat shirts and pants as I get cold easily.) If it works for you, then wear whatever is safe, warm and makes you happy. Tailgate 0 #29 December 2, 2003 Now that's a first, People have said I looked like many things, but never before a Catholic school girl(should I get patent mary janes to go with the ensemble) _________________________________________________ Let me live in my house by the side of the road and be a friend to man- Sam Walter Foss
Deuce 1 #31 December 2, 2003 I wear the underarmour coldgear and a bib fleece (it's a wader liner) and neoprene sock covers. It keeps me plenty warm and doesn't restrict movement at all. I'da skipped on the shorts or just put my jeans on over that ensemble. The bib thing is the bomb, super warm and doesn't restrict movement. People dogged me mercilessly about the underamour hot gear, but then they started wearing it. It probably would have looked good if you had fuzzy slippers on instead of the shorts.
