Kennedy 0 #1 December 2, 2003 No, this is not a bash the US thread. At least, not yet anyway. I'll be in Europe for a while and was looking for any suggestions for Finland or Scotland. Those are the only places I'll have any time, and I kind of want to have fun. I'll be there from the holidays through at least January. Yeah, I know, the coldest part of Nordic winter and the $hittiest part of Scotland's famous $hitty weather. Help is much appreciated.witty subliminal message Guard your honor, let your reputation fall where it will, and outlast the bastards. 1*

batbex 0 #6 December 4, 2003 Dude - any and every self respecting chippy open until 3 or 4 am - has deep fried mars bars on their menu (if I had a digital camera - I'd take a pics and post many examples) - not one lists bounties or snickers bars, having lived here for 5 years I'm sure I'd have noticed. Scotland DZs - Strathallen, Errol, Borders, St.Andrews Strath, Errol and St.Andrews are all withing an hour or two of Edinburgh. I jump at St. Andrews, there are cars going up every w/e (usually firday night) if you want more info on St. Andrews PM me (Cesna 185, 12,000, jump tickets £20) people are great, facilities great etc...
