Digitude Altimeter contact

Hey does anyone have a contact number for the Digitude altimeter folks? My tude got stepped on and the LED screen is broken. I am hoping I can have it sent it in for repairs ...

You should see mine.
The case was cracking and somehow got caught on something and blew apart.
All that was left was the switches and a small amount of plastic case that happened not to be ripped off.

So, I taped (Duct of course) a battery back to it and taped the rest up and presto,
just like new.
I was a little worried about it going through security at the airports though.

I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama

Good luck getting in touch with them. I have been trying for several months to get mine repaired. I've sent many emails and left many voicemails for them, and the NEVER respond. Apparently, they are happy to sell you a Digitude....but they are NOT willing to give any post sale customer support.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

My e-mails were answered by noon the next day.

Could it be that they are on vacation? Or perhaps a little busy filling all the orders for the Christmas season - Don't give up, have a little patience - They really do try to help.

I don't know what it is, then....but after at least 5 or 6 emails and probably as many messages left on their voicemail over the course of 3-4 weeks I gave up on 'em. I'll try again, and if I get the altimeter repaired, sell it. Thanks.
