TheRus 0 #29 December 11, 2003 My $0.02 for whatever it is worth... I am one of those tandem folks still. I have made 1 jump so far and intend to do more, but finances have prevented it thus far. That being said, I have never been made to feel anything but welcome by the folks here at DZ.com or the people down at Gold Coast where I did my tandem. This extends to the time BEFORE I ever did my jump. Folks made a point to answer my questions and do everything they could to help me despite the fact that I had done absolutely nothing towards a skydive other than speak an interest. I don't know if my case is somehow different from most, but the community in general has been nothing but great to me and I am eternally grateful for that. Yeah, it's fine, we'll walk down the line.
