I got the shopping thing done, got the wrapping thing done, and even managed to get the stand-in-line-for-20-minutes-at-the-post-office thing done. I sent off the Xmas presents and my son's 20th birthday present. I'm done with all of it (except for the Xmas card thing, which I quit doing a few years ago, so yes, I really am DONE!). So why am I not happy? I'm done nine days before the big day! I should be ecstatic and exceedingly proud of myself! Sigh. All I want for Christmas is a round trip ticket to California....
