PhillyKev 0 #1 December 19, 2003 Was ok, not great. Boss is very dissapointed that I haven't completed a project I've been working on (mostly due to them constantly changing the goals), and thinks my leadership skills need to be improved. Told me raise and bonus reflect that, and that if I wanted a good one next year, I'd better make some changes. So, I got what they consider here a gimme, minimum instead of a kick ass bonus. That being said, I only got a 20% bonus and 10% raise. I love this place. I asked for a 6% raise last year, only got 3%, and I doubt that I'm getting anything this year. Bastards! I need a new job. Maybe in a warmer climate too. My annual review is done on April 1st (no shit) I've been here for 7 years and have had my annual salary raised 15% in those 7 years.. Next year I am searching for a new job.. I'm tired of the crap I get fed here and no monetary reimbursement. edited to add: I'm not really bitching to much because at least I'm working. I got a $300 bonus, but raises aren't doled out until after the first of the year...gives them time to find reasons to reduce the raise.
 freeflir29 0 #9 December 20, 2003 I'm getting my 4.1% raise on Jan 1st. However.....I'm supposed to get 8-10% raise Feb 1st. If the 4.1% doesn't apply to the "Base Salary" scale of the pay bands......I'll basically get screwed and however you want to look at it....I'll either get half a raise or no COL increase. Damn I hope they put that 4.1% on the pay bands! I can hope, but I"m not counting on it. If it DOES happen, I'll be getting a %50 pay increase. I think I can live with that...IF it happens.Kevin - Sonic Beef #5 - OrFun #28 "I never take myself too seriously, 'cuz everybody know fat birds don't fly." - FLC Online communities: proof that people never mature much past high school.
