AggieDave 6 #1 December 23, 2003 What are some basic flu symptoms? I know I have a fever (although I don't have a themometer so I have no clue what it is). I've had general nausea since about midnight last night, diarrhea, general muscle soreness, just within the past 5 hours or so have I been able to keep even water down...haven't tried any food (haven't felt like eating). I thought this was a basic food poisoning thing, but I'm not sure. This sucks, I had a lot of stuff to do today, including driving 4 hours north to Sherman, obviously nothing was done. I've spent 90% of the day in bed.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

juanesky 0 #4 December 23, 2003 Dave, you chould ask a doctor these questions. Make sure you keep hydrated, drinks lots of water, or fluids, better if it is room temperature. Chicken soup really helps. Do you have someone that can help you out tomorrow?"According to some of the conservatives here, it sounds like it's fine to beat your wide - as long as she had it coming." -Billvon
AggieDave 6 #5 December 23, 2003 QuoteDo you have someone that can help you out tomorrow? Eh, not really. I'm just going to try to get some of the stuff done (like wrap the presents for my folks) and drive to Sherman. Once there I can lay around, maybe go to the family doctor.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
juanesky 0 #6 December 23, 2003 Forget the wrapping and make sure they know your condition. Don't take a chance to get worse, drink a lot of fluids, maybe get some Thera-flu..."According to some of the conservatives here, it sounds like it's fine to beat your wide - as long as she had it coming." -Billvon
