FallRate 0 #1 December 21, 2003 I noticed today that my mouse wasn't working, so I took out the batteries and there was a bit of corrosion. These were rechargable batteries, so I put in a set of alkaline. About an hour ago, the alkaline batteries started making some funny noises. Pops and gassing sounds. So, what are the chances that the second set of alkalines I put in are going to explode? FallRate
turtlespeed 226 #2 December 21, 2003 Your mouse takes batteries? I would suggest not letting it runn on the little wheel so much. And don't let it drink so much water.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

turtlespeed 226 #5 December 21, 2003 QuoteHey TS you still off cigarettes? Happily.I noticed today that i had alot more "Jumping Energy" You know that stuff you need to get your body to do stuff without breaking a sweat? It was pretty cool. Still have a persistent cough that is really annoying, but WOW can I feel a difference. Haven't gained any weight. That's a plus. Haven't been able to lose what i wanted before eloy either - Thats a not so plus. But thank you for asking. And if you happen to run accross a buddy, or friend that is trying to quit smoking - let them know that you notice. It is one of the hardest things in the world to do , (well, besides swooping correctly), and it is a real downer if you have to go through it w/out anyone noticing. Getting your hard work noticed and appreciated is a great reinforcement. Now Back to Your Regular Programming.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

FallRate 0 #14 December 22, 2003 QuoteWireless mouse? Is that what they call mice with no tails now? Actually if you think about it, a mouse with a tail has a greater chance of being caught in a mouse trap. Therefore mice without tails should have a better survival rate, and they can live to breed. I expect to see an explosion of tailless (one "L", two? *shrug*)mice in the near future. But don't worry. Their need for batteries makes them vulnerable.
