Sheenster303 0 #1 December 31, 2003 I just heard on the news that schools around the United States are thinking about eliminating 12th grade. They said they are planning on adding a year at the beginning so that children start at the age of 4 instead of 5. Has anyone heard anything about this? I tried to find news stories online but I can't find a thing. What are your thoughts about the whole deal?I'm so funny I crack my head open! kelel01 1 #4 December 31, 2003 I know plenty of people from my high school who removed 12th grade . . . they were called dropouts. Lost half of my class to it. Guess it is a Georgia thing! Kelly

Sheenster303 0 #7 December 31, 2003 The news story called the twelve grade "fluff". I guess it is fluff when half the kids from Georgia dropout before they even get to it. Do you think it might actually lower the dropout rate or will they lower the dropout age to 15?I'm so funny I crack my head open! P.M.S. #
kelel01 1 #8 December 31, 2003 Hey, that's cool. My sis's BF is in the middle of his second 12th now. Nice kid. I guess the cool people do it twice! I did my senior year of college twice . . . does that count? Am I cool? Oh, wait, of course I'm cool. I skydive, so I'm cool AND extreme. I wear a NO FEAR t-shirt everyday, too.
