SkydivingNurse 0 #1 January 4, 2004 I know that beer is a subject near and dear to many skydivers hearts, so, Has anyone tried Arrogant Bastard Ale? I'm writing this and sipping on my first glass of this wonderful concoction. I actually found a store near Pittsburgh that sells beers other than the vast majority of the canoe rides (aka, near water) out there. I originally wanted to look for a few bottles of Westvleteren 12 for my jumpmasters without any luck, so being the very nice guy that I am, I'm determined to drink my way through as many of the 800+ varities they have until I find a suitable replacement. I'm pretty selfless, eh? The beers are expensive, but since the current weather here is pretty much wintery and awful, I have to do something to keep myself busy. First on the roster, Arrogant Bastard Ale, 22 ounces of 7.2% Alcohol by volume goodness. This is a project I gladly pursue.
Lee03 0 #2 January 4, 2004 Never heard of it, but would love to try it! -------- To put your life in danger from time to time ... breeds a saneness in dealing with day-to-day trivialities. --Nevil Shute, Slide Rule
Jimbo 0 #3 January 4, 2004 I love the stuff, however it is not for the average beer drinker. - Jim"Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.

lawrocket 3 #8 January 4, 2004 Ah, yes, Arrogant Bastard Ale from the Stone Brewing Company. "You're not worthy." It truly is a beer for all of those who do not like the mass-produced fermented piss-colored water that passes for beer nowadays. Warning: for those of you who do not like a fine bitter ale, it's not for you. Any of you out there who dig on Corona and Budweiser (or even fine German Lagers and Pilsners) will not be turned on by this beer. It's amazingly good stuff, and gets one of my top ratings! My wife is hotter than your wife.

Skyrad 0 #10 January 4, 2004 hey Don, Q) Whats the difference between American beer and sex in a canoe? A) No difference they're both fucking close to water!
