kai2k1 0 #4 January 3, 2004 None of the Above, Although they are all great moments, Mine is "The Tackle" Superbowl XXXIV. Michael A. Jones makes a spectacular tackle on the 3 yeard line with mere seconds left in the game, Rams win 23-16. St. Louis fans go crazy in the stands. elfanie 0 #5 January 3, 2004 QuoteWhich in your opinion is the single greatest moment in NFL history? None listed. I think the greatest moment was when the Broncos won the superbowl...and John was jumping up and down on the field as the clock ticked the last second off the clock... (followed up after he retired with them retiring his number and him up there with his wife crying like a baby. *sniff* Made me cry.) -------------------------------------------- Elfanie My Skydiving Page Fly Safe - Soft Landings

skydivexxl 0 #7 January 3, 2004 Doug Williams without a doubt... Blog Clicky
selbbub78 0 #8 January 3, 2004 okay, i'm definitely NOT a Bills fan ( sorry i grew up in that area, and it really sucked), BUT any game with the come back that those losers came back with, especially in a playoff game, i'm going to have to vote for them..."Women fake orgasms - men fake whole relationships" – Sharon Stone "The world is my dropzone" (wise crewdog quote) "The light dims, until full darkness pierces into the world."-KDM
tunaplanet 0 #9 January 3, 2004 I am glad someone chose Doug Williams. I personally selected the Bills comeback, but him being named the MVP definitly puts a tear in your eye especially if you know his past and everything he overcame including some pretty sad moments. DJL 235 #10 January 3, 2004 I voted for the Heidi game just because that was the most hillarious."I encourage all awesome dangerous behavior." - Jeffro Fincher
tunaplanet 0 #11 January 3, 2004 Hey, bout time someone picked Heidi. I am still in shock no one picked Namath's prediction. When I was making this list I was sure that was going to be the most popular pick. Forty-two
sdgregory 0 #12 January 3, 2004 How about Tampa Bay winning SuperBowl XXXVII! I mean let's face it, at least they aren't the Bills hehe. 3 and out baby! Hehehe. Who would have thought TB would EVER win one?
tunaplanet 0 #13 January 3, 2004 Actually they went 4 and out. The Bills lost to the Giants, Redskins and then the Cowboys twice. And for the record, I am perhaps the greatest Bucs fan ever. Grew up in the Tampa Bay area and now reside here. I am a die-hard fan, I just thought the ones I listed were a tad more dramatic. Forty-two
sdgregory 0 #14 January 3, 2004 Hey I am a born and raised BUCS fan growing up in Sunny FL it was them or Dan "my shit don't stink" Marino. I chose the Bucs. OF course they only got rooted for if the were not playing the Redskins and frankly I cannot think of a time they played that I ever saw so it has never been a problem. Oh and yeah I forgot that the Bills played the Giants. Three outta four ain't bad unless of course it's three outta four times I needed it my reserve wokred. Yikes. PhillyKev 0 #17 January 5, 2004 Miracle in the Meadowlands. Still has an effect today. It's the reason there's always a back behind the QB whenever they're kneeling down on the ball. Plus it caused the crybaby Giants fans to have a rally and burn their tickets.
lawrocket 3 #18 January 5, 2004 Gotta pick Namath's prediction. Until then, the AFL was considered to be a bunch of chumps. More than anything, Joe Namath and that game sealed the merger of the AFL. It also started the power struggle between Al Davis (AFL Commissioner) and Pete Rozelle, who took over as NFL Commissioner. Of course, Rozelle turned the sport into what it is today, good and bad. And Al Davis? Well, I'm a Raider fan and.... My wife is hotter than your wife.

NoShitThereIWas 0 #20 January 5, 2004 Superbowl XXX, 1996, when the Cowboys tanked the Steelers. What a beautiful day that was ... I had mustered up 2 weeks of work pay to bet on the Cowboys ... No one messed with the Cowboys that year ... they had Troy Aikman and Emmit Smith and it was ALL good.Roy Bacon: "Elvises, light your fires." Sting: "Be yourself no matter what they say."
