rehmwa 2 #29 January 12, 2004 I'm a super Simpson's fan (after season 2 only). But I get more out loud laughs from Family Guy. I had to defect and vote FG. And it really, really, hurt. If Futurama was in there and I had to choose between all 3? Likely my head would have exploded. ... Harksaw 0 #32 January 12, 2004 I'd say that individual Family Guy episodes are funnier, but Simpsons as a whole series is funnier because there are just so many more episodes. I think that if Family Guy had ran as long as the Simpsons has, they would have started running a little bit thin on new humor sources, as is evident in some of the later Simpsons episodes.__________________________________________________ I started skydiving for the money and the chicks. Wow, I've known anyone who spontaneously combust over a decision. Unless it's choosing between Ben & Jerry's Half Baked or Karmel Sutra Ice Cream. Now that's a tough decision. bch7773 0 #38 January 12, 2004 family guy. the simpsons are great, but they have to be more "family friendly" and so they don't cuss as much, etc. now if i had to choose between family guy and futurama? arghhh i can't MB 3528, RB 1182

skybrat68 0 #41 January 12, 2004 Can I vote for both??? I've watched the Simpsons since the very beginning, matter of fact, it comes on Fox at 5 and 6 and I watch it every night - Still, rerun or not. I don't get the chance to watch The Family Guy that much but whenever I'm channel surfing and happen to find it on, it's a must see. I guess if I just HAD to choose I guess it'd be the Simpson's since I can't even tell you my favorite episode of The Family Guy.

FallingILweenie 0 #44 January 12, 2004 The best simpsons episodes (about season 4 or 5) are way better than the family guy's best, but head to head, when both were on family guy is better because the last 4 years of the simpsons have not been good at all. DeNReN 0 #45 January 13, 2004 " because the last 4 years of the simpsons have not been good at all. " I can not agree with that statement...as I'm sure most Simpsons fans will not either......Has the show been as fresh?......nope......but after 10+ years....for one I think the ideas are still coming and I still laugh at it...and thats all I ask. TB99 0 #46 January 13, 2004 I read a newspaper article a while back about the Simpsons. Now it was a while ago, mind you, so I'm kind've hazy on a lot of the detail, but here's the jist of it all. They're (Simpsons) bringing back some old writer and are going to be re-vamping the cartoon all over again with newer, better story lines. I can't remember the details, but they're going back to what the Simpsons used to be, instead of the types of antics Homer gets into nowadays and such. I wish I still had that article, but believe me, next season's going to be FRESH! Looking forward to it Trailer 11/12 was the best. Thanks for the memories ... you guys rocked! crapflinger2000 1 #48 January 13, 2004 I voted Simpsons just because there are more funny characters and more episodes. But Family Guy is fricken funny as hell for sure. Too bad there are only like 12 different episodes. Stewie is the coolest. __________________________________________________ What would Vic Mackey do?
