slug 1 #10 January 15, 2004 Way over priced! Missle silo's complexe's were sold in Kansas. All the equipment is very old hard to get parts hasn't been turned on in X years .Elevator breaks, take a hike. Asbestos, and PCP's would need to be removed prior to remodel. The weather in Central WA. is terriable in the summer and winter. Undeveloped property in that area is probably way cheap. There's a reason that stuff is located in the boonie's.If it ever got hit by the dirty commies nukes loss of life would be minimal. Wonder what the Gov't is selling that stuff for on the military surplus market. Might work for an importor of goods from south america or the golden triangle. They got plenty of money to spend.
