Im going on about 8 hours sleep in the last say 50 some-odd hours. and Ill be up till bout 10 or so... do some stuff round the house... and crash till about 3 or 4... then up for the evening... I get my good sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. Well maybe not this Sat...
