Nobody in Australia drinks the Australian-made Fosters (although the most favoured beers are made by the same brewery, CUB). It's only available in 'larger' bottle shops (liquor stores). I'm looking at their homepage where it lists 3 different locations. Wanna book a tour? Fosters is made in Australia (and I never said it wasn't - reread my post). The wind you feel when you stick your head out the window is in the middle of a vortex of air that is caused by the slipstream your car pushing the air out of the way. It is far from linear, so the idea of "relative wind cancellation" does not apply, although the wind will be less because your car is not pushing as much air out of the way. Theoretically, if you got in a place that was flat and for some reason the hurricane wind traveled in a straight line, and you managed to drive that spot, exactly downwind, and your car and your head had zero surface area (I know some people like that ), then yes, you would feel no wind. But then again, if you had zero surface area, there would be no surface to push the air against, so no you wouldn't feel wind. Next late night riddle.
