So the website flashes up as "Deeper... Wider.. Patient Access".. or "Deeper.. Wider.. Customer Service". Customer service is a part of my job, but I certainly dont get paid for the "deeper, wider" aspect of it! Everyone at work is kinda like "WTF?? Who did that??" I guess its funny...
