SpeedRacer 1 #1 January 24, 2004 So...when you make yourself a hamburger what do you mix into it before you grill/fry it? Chopped onion? Just salt & pepper? Garlic? worcestershire sauce? freeflir29 0 #2 January 24, 2004 Worcestershire, garlic, salt and pepper is awesome. Maybe just a sprinkle of cayenne too. Top with crumbled and slightly melted blue cheese and it's a masterpiece!
vamp 0 #3 January 24, 2004 Just the other night I had a fabulous dead cow ground mound: mixed in some salsa on impulse. While it was a mess and a half to cook, the taste freakin' rocked!

sdgregory 0 #5 January 24, 2004 Riccotta Cheese, Mushrooms, A sweet home made vinegarette, Pic-A-Paw steak sauce, onions, garlic , a little egg to make it stick together, salt and pepper (fresh ground pepper corns-yes it matters) and a nice open flame. Use 1/3 pound to make each pattie and flatten to desired thickness. So much juice and flavor. Oh baby c'mon spring time so I can get my grill going again! Sometimes I use some coke (cola you knuckleheads) for a different taste.

sdgregory 0 #8 January 24, 2004 Hey, I was born in Jackson Memorial Hospital in MIAMI FLORIDA. I lived in Broward/Dade County (What is referred to as South FLorida) till I was 28. Winter for me consisted of Christmas Temperatures ranging from 30 to 88 degrees. I had not anything below 40 in Florida since the mid to late 80's. I have Tropical blood and I am not ashamed to admit it. I love high heat and live for high humidity. I like my air to be so thick with moisture you can cut it and I like the sun to burn through even the toughest of skin. I DO NOT grill in temperatures below my age which is currently 32.5. Here in Mid Ohio it is currently 17 degrees with a wind chill making it 3 degrees. You may very well live in an area where it is -123 with a wind chill around -200 and be very happy to bundle up in 200 layers to grill a burger or a steak. You enjoy. You ever come my way, make it Spring/Summer/Fall and I will grill you some of the best burgers/steaks/veggies you ever had. But you come by here in winter and the grill is closed!
