Michele 1 #17 January 26, 2004 QuoteYou know I can't see or hear that word with out thinking of Hanibal Lecter. LOL! The conversation at Trader Joes: Me: Excuse me... Friendly assistent: Yes? Me: I've got the worst craving tonight. I want a nice Chianti, some lamb chops, and do you carry any fava beans? Friendly assistent: Ummmmmmmm..... (the entire conversation got several laughs from overhearers....) Yes, I can be really mean. And that is a spectacular movie. One of my alltime fav's. As soon as I get my VCR fixed, I'll watch it again! Ciels- Michele ~Do Angels keep the dreams we seek While our hearts lie bleeding?~

dbattman 0 #19 January 26, 2004 A boneless chicken breast breaded with italian herbs pan fried until it is golden brown on the outside, but still moist inside. Then add some mushrooms sauteed in butter, herbs, and a little garlic. While the pan is still hot toss in some radicchio just long enough to take the edge off the bitterness. Place the whole thing on a bed of iceberg, chinese cabbage, and roma tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a balsamic vinegrette of my own creation. Pop the cork on a nice Shiraz from down under. Yum.
