When the TV program Starsky and Hutch was going on, a local cop got himself a S&H car, all painted up and everything, he thought he was so cool.. did the local parades and events.. it was so foolish. We live in such a small town that it was just so funny to see Ray think he was cool.. today he owns one of the bikes from CHIPS.. what legend in his own mind.
