Stumbles on the Campaign Trail.

The interviewer, JEREMY SCAHILL never let's Clark get a word in edgewise!

Read the actual transcript and you'll see Scahill had it out for Clark from the beginning and never was unbiased in his questioning.

Starting your civilian political career running for President is tough.

I actually saw nothing in there that would prevent me from voting for Clark for President. It seems that he has been reflective on events of the past. War is an imprecise business no matter what anyone thinks. If he is reflective on when and how military force should be used that's pretty good in my book.

I strongly disagree, but I am very interested in learning more from smart guys like the both of you as to why you find this candidate so attractive.

Aside from Bush is so flawed we must select any replacement.

The last General we had as President was Ike, and when he found out that Congress didn't follow orders he went golfing for 8 years.

The military is actually poor training for Congress.

That's reason enough for me to go with anyone who 1. looks like he's got a chance and 2. looks like he'll do at least slightly less damage than Bush.

Now, my desire to vote against Bush is not based entirely on his performance or what I think of the recent unpleasantness in Iraq, or etc.. I just believe D.C. needs to be balanced between Democans and Republicrats, and the Republicrats won so many spots recently that the executive branch needs to go the other way.

I like to think I'm reasonable, though, so swing Congress back to the Democans and I'll vote Republicrat for President again.

It's hard being a libertarian and looking at who they put up to run. :S

I'm not looking for any replacement. I'm looking for the best person to do what I personally think needs to be done -- right now -- by the office of the President of the United States.

For me, it all goes back to Maslow's Pyramid of Needs.

I really don't give a flying fudgesicle if we deal with a lot of the things that were brought up in the recent State of the Union Address until we deal terrorism and the safety of our troops.

The ONE GUY that I see that actually has experience in dealing with things like this AND bringing them to a successful conclusion is Clark.

That's it. That's pretty much my main concern.

I believe GWB got distracted from the main goal and has created more problems than he has solved, for the United States and the world.

We need that situation to change.

Poor training for Congress? Well we better get Kerry, McCain, and many others out of there then. But they seem to do alright there.

First, I am not saying I'm voting for Clark. I am actually undecided. I like Clark. I've heard him speak several times. And it seems when he has tough questions thrown at him he does not duck. He answered these questions straight forward whether you like his answers or not. I think that is what I look for in a candidate among other things. Yes, he can't run it like the military. But, I think our major problem right now is foreign policy and that's what the president is for. The economy has little to do the White House in my book. Some....not everything.

I think we need someone that can plan a good exit strategy from Iraq and I think he can do it. And I think he will be able to build coalitions for the continued fight on terrorism even with all the crap Bush has brought on us.

I like Kerry. I like Clark. Maybe a Kerry/Clark ticket wouldn't be so bad. The others are off their rocker though.

That's just a rough run down on some things I like about Clark. It's not all I think about the candidates. My fingers just don't want to type it all out.
