I can get past just about any politician's looks. If the guy walks around with his nose in the air smirking that's one thing, but comparing people to puppets (or *ahem* monkeys ) is pretty dumb.

You know, on a serious note...I am a big GWB supporter. I never get involved with a party...I vote for the individual. However, I am really starting to like John Edwards. The more I hear him speak, the more I think he is a sincere and honest individual. I like that he's this spunky younger kid with the southern drawl. If he wins the dem ticket it will be a toss up for me. Although him winning the ticket appears to be a longshot.

I hate it when people just blindly follow party lines. I realize people are going to have a hard time reconciling this based on what they -think- they know about my political views -- suck it up folks -- I wanted McCain to win the Republican nomination in 2000. I was going to vote for him.

Personally, I think celebs and politicians are well compensated and can handle our jabs at anything they choose to display publicly...be it their politics, looks, or viewpoint.
