lawrocket 3 #2 January 29, 2004 What I always think abotu this stuff. Clinton never had any power to ban any weapons. Congress did. He had the power to persuade, but not ban. Presidents are given too much credit, and too much blame, about all kinds of stuff like this. I had plenty of other reasons to hate the guy other than stuff Congress did.
