newsstand 0 #1 February 1, 2004 Awhile back there was a thread about testing aircraft canopies. I finally found one fo the bird strike pictures I have. I don't remember the details but the aircraft is a USAF RF4-C that flew out of RAF Alconbury, UK. The incident is probably 1980. I still can't find the picture of the pilots helmet but imagine a lot of feathers. "Truth is tough.
