NoShitThereIWas 0 #2 February 2, 2004 I feel your pain. I just moved to Missouri and we are expecting the same crap late tonight. Coming from California and the Hawaiian islands before that, this is definitely "different". The first day of school I spent 45 minutes scraping ice off my car . I did catch on after the first day though ... Let the car run and heat up and defrost it all during breakfast. At least here in MO I don't have to worry about someone stealing my car while it is warming up in my driveway Roy Bacon: "Elvises, light your fires." Sting: "Be yourself no matter what they say." In the country you got a good chance of keeping your car. In certain parts of certain cities, cars have been known to drive off by themselves even when their not left running or with the keys in the ignition. We left K.C. MO in 1985 after we went from 110F to -20F below in 9 months.
