Nightingale 0 #2 February 4, 2004 when are you going? easiest way is to rent a car. more difficult way is: Take the Green line shuttle from LAX to the Green Line. Take the Green line rail to the norwalk station. Take the Metrolink Train from the Norwalk Station to the West Corona station. (make sure you get on the Riverside train, not the San Diego or Oceanside train). Get someone you know at Elsinore to pick you up from the West Corona train station, which is about 15 miles north of Elsinore. There are no busses or the like that can take you the whole way. mr2mk1g 10 #4 February 4, 2004 You going with the BCPA? The number of people going you don't want to take public transport - especially not with the amount of gear you will all be lugging. Me and my mate Sam are arriving about 2 hours before everyone else and will have hired 2 van's to get everyone going to Perris to the DZ. The rental works out at peanuts between the 25ish going there. You should look into doing the same for Elsinore. I think Jason Brister was organising that element of the trip - if not ask who he's delegated that duty to. Or are you arriving at a different time to everyone else? There are a few stagglers getting in arround the same day as you which we're gonna have to get over to the DZ - maybe pick you up too as the more traveling the cheaper on gas it'll be for all concerned. They're going to be at Perris but the two are close enough. I'll have to check when they're getting in. It may well be there'll be someone wanting a day trip to LA anyway after a week at the DZ.
