julesey 0 #1 February 4, 2004 A new friend of mine has a birthday coming up. I want to get him something nice butt this guy is filthy rich and has everything. I want to give something that is special and unique. Any ideas please? "I know it's tuna. But it says chicken. By the sea."
Unstable 9 #2 February 4, 2004 LOL I feel like I'm repeating myself Cuz I said the exact same thing about 5 minutes ago..... Why don't you not worry about spending any money on him, just go & do something dang nice for him, let him know how you appreciate him & what he does..=========Shaun ==========
happythoughts 0 #3 February 4, 2004 Crack pipe. If he has everything, he doesn't have one of those. It also solves another problem, gift giving for next year. By next year, you can get him anything because he won't have anything. Wasn't that helpful?
julesey 0 #4 February 4, 2004 I didn't see your earlier post. Sorry. I'm not sure what I could do for him, but I'll keep thinking. "I know it's tuna. But it says chicken. By the sea."

weegegirl 2 #9 February 4, 2004 Ah, yes... the man who has everything... First, forgive me for sounding like a Hallmark card... Get him something that will last forever... a memory. My favorite gifts EVER are experiences.... like: - when it's warm out... a hot air balloon ride together - when it's cold out... a snowboarding trip together - cook him a really nice dinner with candle light, good wine and great music - take him to your favorite place - like a certain overlook on a hiking trail - and share a picnic with him. money stinks. it ruins everything. the best things in life cost nothing (accept for jumps, of course!) julesey 0 #12 February 4, 2004 We aren't involved. He's my best friend's fiance! I don't think she'd appreciate me making breakfast for him or a hot air balloon ride!!! "I know it's tuna. But it says chicken. By the sea."

cocheese 0 #15 February 4, 2004 Balloon rides, snowboarding trips , and good dinners cost money :)But you are right, good memories are the best.I was going to suggest drinking or smoking supplies, but that wouldn't help with the memories... what was the quesion ? oh yea.If he doesn't drink or smoke, how about a cool skydiving picture with a frame ? I won't even mention a 3 way.

misskriss 0 #18 February 4, 2004 Does he skydive? Get him a tandem. It might be a bit expensive for a new friend though. In which case , since he is so rich --tell him you want to get him a tandem but can't afford it and he has to pay for it...YOu thought of it and it is the thought that counts.. julesey 0 #19 February 4, 2004 No, he doesn't skydive. He loves outdoors, etc. I thought about carving him a hiking stick but I've never carved. He might appreciate the "rusticNess" of it! Any other ideas? "I know it's tuna. But it says chicken. By the sea."
