My lesson learned from a Spinetto incident is to never lose track of altitude. I was so insistent that I was going to clear the twists that I got wrapped up in that and lost track of how much altitude I was losing and you CAN lose altitude FAST from Spinettos. I had some fun line twists on Saturday under my Sabre2 loaded at 1.4:1 It did take some time to get out of them, but since the canopy was pretty much flying straight I didn't worry about them. The line twists were my fault though, somewhere in between the packjob and my body position. Fixed both of those and the rest of the weekend: nice smooth openings.. I love my Sabre2...
