Gawain 0 #1 February 12, 2004 Yep. This guy's a chump. The Int'l terminal at LAX became my friend tonight, while I waited....and waited....and waited for a passenger that wasn't there. Customs was running slow, so I was quite patient. Asked a Customs officer to verify if the name I thought I had was on any relevant list. Nope. Chump. skydivejersey, hope you made it to Perris. By the way, I can't give you ride back. On a lighter note, while a passenger from "across the pond" did not greet me, when I got home and checked my mail, another arrival from the UK did arrive: some DVDs I ordered. Kewl. On an educational note: For those seeking transportation assistance, please remember to share a detailed itinerary so there is less risk of misunderstanding. I now return to my original chump-iness...
