Ok lets
As Val just also said. We did not attack Iraq because of the events of 9-11.
We attacked Iraq because of WMD right?
We now have the people who told us and the world that they were SURE Iraq had WMD and would soon have nuclear capabilities that ooops they made a mistake.
I don’t think pointing out all the other times we have attacked people in past is really doing us any good.
That essentially is the main problem that we do what we want because we can. That’s what is pissing people off.
So yes I do think Bush is a bad president I don’t know about the worst I don’t know every thing about every past president. If my Tax dollars are going to war that we have no frikin clue why we started, and more importently then any amount of money I don’t want ANY ONE to die for NO Reason.
Quote>3000+ jumps, somewhere in florida? Now that's a lot of credibility
>pretty sad.
Do you decide how much credibility to give someone on a political thread based on their number of jumps?
No, just speaking of credibility in general. Most public forums don't offer a credibility profile option like DZ.com. Apparently some people feel much more comfortable commenting behind the mask but that is their prerogative.

QuoteThe Green Sheet
Boy, that's digging deep.
The Greensheet is a local advertising/exchange paper; they do garage sales, cars for sale, merchandise, the like. It's free, and the commentary is what they can get given their obviously extravagant budget.
I like the Weekly World News myself

Thanks for the info Wendy, I was wondering if I should feel dumb for not having a clue what "The Green Sheet" was.

QuoteThis will put things in perspective:
That maybe we shouldn't have given voting rights to everybody because we're always picking crappy presidents???? That, sure, GWB is a bad president, but there have been much worse? Really, what's the point of that letter? If you want to prove that someone isn't "bad," shouldn't you focus on what they've done that's "good"?

Nuh-uh, pepsi never had cocaine in it!

[I'm that tired of political threads and wanted to try a hijack]
As for the worst president, Woody Wilson ranks high on my list. Did his damnedest to get us into the Great War and failed, then campaigned on keeping us out, then finally managed to drag the country in based on a completely bullshit reasons. Yeah, I don't like him much.
Bush: he's not the worst but I don't rank him all that high either. I think he did well post 9/11 and in Afghanistan originally, now he seems to have forgotten it and is moving on to fleecing people just like every other politician. My big gripe with him is his opening national refuges/reserves/park just this side of the Rockies. That I don't like. I don't think his plan for the ANWR was all that bad though.
Guard your honor, let your reputation fall where it will, and outlast the bastards.

QuoteInstead of posting this thread, couldn't we have just added on to the 5 billion existing ones out there?
This, from the guy who posts 20 threads in a day like "Tuna's Amazing Puzzle #5"?
Give me a break!

Holy hell, the world's coming to an end, if you take away that ANWR thing Kennedy said, I completely agree with the last two posts. Rapture, Armaggedon, what have you!!
