SkydiveNFlorida 0 #1 February 18, 2004 I am in a weight training class at my school for wellness credit. We had to input 3 days worth of what we ate into this Dine programs, and it gave us a score. Mine was 12.5% out of 100% :( So, in order to get all of the points for this, I have to create a diet that will get 90-100%. It basically totals everything, carbs, vitamins, calories, different fats, sugar, etc, etc, etc, etc. I can't get past 85%! This doesn't have to be edible (to me), it just has to work! Anyone know where I can find a well balanced meal plan? I am SO frusterated! thx! Angela.
aeromobile 0 #2 February 18, 2004 I read a book about it once. Anyway, did the course material describe a well balanced meal-how much fat, carbs, protien, or is figuring out the percentage part of the task?

jmpnkramer 0 #4 February 18, 2004 I can look in some of my Muscle and fitness mags but I would also try Google. That damn site finds everything!! You might also know guys at the school who have the Muscle & Fitness Mags that they could loan you. Good luck and let us see the proper nutrition Plan. If I were in that class I would tell the teacher that some of us are lucky enough not to need the exact proper nutrition in order to stay in shape. Laters, .The REAL KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER! Now THAT would fall on deaf ears. Unless it starts with "Jesus told me in my dreams...", this guy doesn't want to hear it I will play with the program again tomorrow assuming I get some time. I'll let you know what I come up with... but that doesn't mean i'm following it! lol!

No need to thank me....So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light!
