You two living in the same house! I wanna be your neighbor!!!!!!

Hehe - careful Dom. If the bunkhouse is skanky I just might crawl into your trailer this weekend!;)

You wanna be hardcore? Get yourself a trailer, pay 65.00 bucks a month for a slot at the DZ (free water and electricity) and jump your ass off!

Actually, I was gonna check into that. $65 a month sounds fabulous! Problem is, I'd still have to cough up the cash to buy a trailer. [:/]

I would take such good care of you Rosa! I'm a wonderful caregiver! I SOOOOOO hate to see anyone suffer, especially friends and family! I would do anything to take your pain.

I was under the impression that Zhills is open year round with a Super Otter.***

Open year round but in the summer they shutdown on Tuesday and Wednesday. I travel a lot on the weekends for work so that really cuts down on my possible jump days. And Mondays and Thursdays are so slow in the summer! Even if there are people there you are guaranteed rain will start between 1-3 EVERY DAY! Very frustrating when you want to jump your hiney off!

Fall in dove.

Hey Tiffany,
Ed and I will probably keep our apartment in South Pasadena cause we like it. It takes me about 10-15 minutes to get to Burbank during rush hour. Anyway, since I don't teach in the summer, we'll probably be at the dropzone all the time staying in our camper. We also have the avid machine you could probably use in the apartment... Mayve we can work something out... think about it, we can talk more if you want.

oh yeah, and about southern cal... if you have money, it's a beautiful place to live. If you don't, it can be very rough. cost of living is very high. Standard of living is low. it's crowded. no, I mean, really crowded. it definately takes some getting used to.

would you want to live in LA or San Diego or near a dropzone? that will make a big difference in what to expect.

Wow! Skydivers never cease to amaze me! Yes, that possibility is definitely something I'd love to talk about. If (When, rather, for positive thinking!) I get the internship, it should last anywhere from 8-10 weeks, and I believe it'll start mid to late May, maybe even early June. Let me know when a good time is, and perhaps we can get together for lunch or something, or even just chat on the phone about this. :)
Also I might be in Elsinore sooner than I think. I'm very seriously considering taking out a loan to cover AFF through the license just to get this started. lol! :$ I'm so bad. :)

I heard 5" in Whitewright. In the high performance LZ, DZ Staff built an igloo capable of holding 7 beer drinkin' jumpers in it... even had a heater in the middle...

but today was quite nice. Warm even. 4 jumps. B| Too bad you're leaving Thursday... Coming weekend looks promising.

Oh, you might want to consider the Shark as one of your Level 1 JMs.
Then again, you may be stuck with me if I'm teaching the FJC. :o:ph34r::DB|

I'm still trying to decide if you're on my cool list or not. First you send me a pm full of encouragement after my tandem and tell me to be sure to say hi the next time I'm out, then I come out for the burnout and say hi and you don't remember me! Sheesh! :P

It's a guy thing.... memory loss, short term RAM loss, etc.

Actually, I felt embarrassed because we were so busy that day and didn't have much time to breif/debreif my AFF jumps. Sorry! :):$ After the Hit-n-chug I didn't recall much, then after dark there were too many Jell-Oh shots, and too many cameras documenting the event. In fact, Gia has many incriminating photos that she recently had developed.:o>:(
