dropdeded 0 #1 February 19, 2004 Have to get a "special" drivers license for a job Im trying to get and in the DMV handbook it states that I have to cop to EVERYTHING, ALL criminal convictions, felony or misdemeanor, including what was set aside, dismissed, and expunged. I have no idea what is on my record, I was a very busy boy 10-15 years ago. I just got a DMV printout yesterday and its 100% clean. How can I find out what I have to cop too? I know none of them are felonies but.... I would hate to bring up some of that crap only to find out I didnt have too dropdeded------------------------------------------ The Dude Abides. -

flyangel2 2 #5 February 19, 2004 A few months ago I got my car insurance bill. I was shocked that it had gone up so much. I called my agent and she got to looking and found out my son had two speeding tickets. She was able to give me the dates and times. Try calling your insurance company and see if they can help.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. EdC 0 #6 February 19, 2004 Go to the county sheriff where you got in trouble and ask for a print out of your rap sheet, that'll tell you what you need to admit. Big Ed
dropdeded 0 #7 February 19, 2004 hmm, I think I was the MOST popular in Sonoma County, then Marin, Sutter, Placer, San Francisco, I think Im ok in Alameda, Kern is definately not a problem, wait, San Fran is probably cool too That would probably work if I could remember what happened where. My main problem is that I just dont have any idea what COULD be on there Why the hell do they wanna know what was "dismissed"etc.... I think I need to go rattle the DMV cage again. Oh, and Mar, great idea but at the moment I dont have vehicle insurance (she took the car too) Oh blah blah blah, just whining cause this shits got me frustrated. dropdeded------------------------------------------ The Dude Abides. -
DTOXX 0 #8 February 19, 2004 Dude, all those places are in California. It really does not matter which county. What is this "special" license you need. Are you trying to sell cars or something? I seem to remember going though all that when I got my salesman's license, 19 years ago.... ------- D.T. Holder SIMstudy

flyangel2 2 #10 February 19, 2004 QuoteOh, and Mar, great idea but at the moment I dont have vehicle insurance (she took the car too) That sucks........what's her address, and I'll go kick some ass Really it's perfect. Call around to some different car insurance places and tell them you are looking for insurance. Just make up some kind of car. They will bring up your record.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view.
