For me this is a wonderus thing. I don't get them very often.

I was thinking we need an "unmoderated" forum. Some place we can let loose and really tell people what we think. To keep it safe, place a password on it. Donate to HH and you get access... Who knows.

I'd pay to be able to let loose some flames once in awhile.

that is almost what talk back is anyway...without the "unmoderated" part. Very little is deleted from here...it is here you can talk about nothing i.e. "PW's unite" thats also why you have PM's....if you want to talk bad about someone....do it to their face...or i guess more personal as in PM rather then hiding in the thread.

Whoa dude, that'd be chaotic, which is usually cool, but I mean it in a bad way.

Imagine what would happen if we had one that was unmoderated. Not only would we have not-so politically correct threads, with talk of nazis and racism and pedophidility (yes i know thats not a word) and other nasty unspeakable things, but imagine the personal attacks!!!!!! I'm sure it's nice to speak your mind, but without someone to moderate it, you might as well have a "Place Your Bets On the Next Fight" forum. Frankly, I like coming to a peaceful dz.com. No matter how noisy the bar gets, at least there's no blood shed.

Ok guys, maybe it wasn't the best idea... Let's tweak it. Have it semi-moderated for content, BUT personal attacks are ok

I would love to unleash some flames an a few people.

There is a forum I participate in for one of the games I play, it has a "flameboard" it's moderated for some content.. but man those "internet warriors" are ruthless.

Sending pm`s just doesn't get the venting and anger out. PMs can be ignored a public post can't unless it's deleted.

That idea could go the wrong way. What if all the personal attacks were on you?

I've posted to unmoderated boards before. Eventually, the noise-to-signal ratio gets so bad that there is no value to posting anymore. New people show up, but the most irritating ones will drive them off. Darwin takes over and only the most obnoxious stay there, it eventually dies.

A large part of skydiving is the social interaction of the jumpers. An unmoderated skydiving board dies very quickly.
