grega 0 #1 February 24, 2004 Ho many of you checks the poll results, before you answer the poll? I won't even ask if seeing results changes your opinion or makes you rethink your choice, because they definitely do. "George just lucky i guess!"

RevJim 0 #4 February 24, 2004 I often read the question, vote, and don't even read the comments, much less check the results. How could I possibly post Whore enough if I read the entire thread? Lee03 0 #6 February 24, 2004 I can't really vote in this poll, because I do both. Sometimes I read the results first and then vote, other times I vote first, then read the results afterward. No rhyme or reason for it, that's just the way it happens. And honestly, reading results does not change my opinion, my opinion is just that, my opinion. The only thing reading the results, either before or after I vote, does is that it shows me who agrees with, and who disagrees with my opinion.-------- To put your life in danger from time to time ... breeds a saneness in dealing with day-to-day trivialities. --Nevil Shute, Slide Rule

mr2mk1g 10 #8 February 24, 2004 Quote but i find polls annoying as hell Sometimes yes. But sometimes I think polls are an incredibly usefull feature and I almost wish that there was an option of "Poll but no comments allowed" to keep it from developing into a slanging match/general debate. Somtimes all I want to know is the "common belief" even if that belief is not strictly correct.

Actually I sometimes read the results first because I have no intention of voting but then I decide later, what the heck. Or if it is a poll I could not care less about I vote for the option thast has the least votes just to mess up the numbers BWAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
