AggieDave 6 #2 February 23, 2004 (not tell'n):10:1 Got some good loads, did some FF, did some RW, did some tandem. Got my shiney new XF2 in on Thursday so I spent a few jumps doing altitude clear and pulls to really start to learn it. I'm getting there, although I haven't mastered it (yet).--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

AggieDave 6 #5 February 23, 2004 And you won't even say you talked to me as well? I guess that makes sense, since you didn't know who I was.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

vdschoor 0 #7 February 23, 2004 :7:0 Pretty cool up here in NorCal after all, got three jumps in on Saturday in Lodi, since that was the only place jumping I think. On Sunday we jumped in Byron, 2 hop and pops, and 2 full altitude jumps, one with the extra package (rain on the way down) Iwan

MarkM 0 #9 February 23, 2004 This weekend was my first jumps post AFF graduation and the first jumps where I got to basically JM myself. 2 on Saturday because the AFFs were hogging the rentals and 5 today. Most fun I've ever had. Now I'm waiting on the cops to show up and bust me, because something this fun can't be legal.
Clownburner 0 #10 February 23, 2004 120:4:1 120 minutes in the wind tunnel with some of the world's best coaches four actual skydives before the rain arrived one case of beer owed for the first jump in my new totally pimptastic helmet (one of the jumpers on the plain pointed at it and said "Dude, that is the cadillac fleetwood of skydiving helmets.") 7CP#1 | BTR#2 | Payaso en fuego Rodriguez "I want hot chicks in my boobies!"- McBeth

indyz 1 #12 February 23, 2004 0:2:0 Only two jumps (and from only 7500' and 6500') before the ceiling got too low and the rain started. Oh, and I lost a contact on the first one, so I made two landings and the drive home with no depth perception. Fun stuff.

jose 0 #14 February 23, 2004 0:5:1 DJ, Damn dude, you only got 3? The weather was much nicer that that a little farther north. The Vancouver BC area had some most stellar weather that felt like spring, except at altitude. I got 5 in on Sat, with the last one being after sunset, nice. First jumps since X-mas boogie in Eloy. 1 case of beer for pounding in on a low turn for the first time, no question who's fault this was. Walked away, easily might not have. Live and learn. Gotta stick to my own damn rules from now on.

I usually only wear one contact due to a bad eye infection a while back. Landing with only one can be tough.... see my signature Makes it more of a challenge.... which ground is closer???
