MS Word and JAWS PDF writer?????

Can Any techies help with this (hey DD????)
I have been running Word and JAWS pdf creator, and up until recently it worked fine.
Now when I ask Word to create a PDF it says the Marco is not linked anymore,

I HAVE already re-installed JAWS but still no joy.
Any advice or assistance appreciated:)
