tbrown 26 #2 February 29, 2004 Lord of the Rings has been nominated all three years in a row, for all three pictures. This is the last chance, there ain't gonna be a Part IV. The entire trilogy was such a monumental undertaking and they got it SO right (within the limits of making a movie from a book) that it deserves Best Picture to honor the entire trilogy.
