DickMcMahon 0 #1 February 29, 2004 This one was taken last week by the Pathfinder on MARS. Incidently, it's now 4pm Pacific time and I just checked the weather up there. It's +3 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 16.1 C), and the winds are light from the West. Doesn't sound like good skydiving weather to me.

If I'm back jumping, we'll have to get together at the DZ this spring or summer and try to scare each other. Awsome pic - thanks for posting. Did you also see the blue toned sunset video? http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/newsroom/pressreleases/20040226a.html
 tunaplanet 0 #3 February 29, 2004 QuoteDoesn't sound like good skydiving weather to me. ...and DEFINITLY not good fucking weather. The forecast is the same every day: Overcast (clouds of 96% sulfuric acid), high of 850 degrees Fahrenheit, low about the same, pressure about 91,000 millibars (or 1320 psi - 90 TIMES that on Earth). Yikes!
