Baileys Irish Cream...

I like Baileys but when I asked my buddy to get some for me he laughed and said he would feel too "gay" buying it. I was wondering if its normal for a guy to like Baileys..

I would not say it's gay. However, I think it's stupid to pay double the prize for same stuff just because it says "Baileys" before the "cream" part...

I dunno, I tried some other Irish cream something or another but it wasn't the same. Might be because it was in a plastic bottle (I have had bad luck with drank in plastic bottles), but I didn't like it as much

Lee, the wonderful bar man at Netheravon, make a gorgeous cocktail called a “Swoop”. It is a double Baileys with a single brandy… it’s NICE!

1 can condensed milk
1/2-1 pint whipping cream (I like 1 pt)
1 tsp instant coffee or espresso
2 tbsp chocolate syrup (I like the special dark)
1 tsp almond extract
1-2 cups Canadian whisky

I make it every year at Christmas. It's very popular. Not quite the same as Bailey's, but definitely good, and you can make it taste just like you want.
