labrys 0 #1 March 6, 2004 My first attempt at video. Clips from my AFF and coached jumps, plus my SO's tandem. http://www.skydivingmovies.com/ver2/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=1380Owned by Remi #?
ifics 0 #2 March 6, 2004 Great vid! I remember my favorite part of my AFF stuff (next to actually skydiving) was watching other people exit and their first bit of freefall, I still love that part!
pilotdave 0 #3 March 6, 2004 Very nice vid. Made me smile (and cringe a few times)! Thanks! Dave
labrys 0 #4 March 6, 2004 At this point in my learning... it's the exit that means everything. It's still the "point of no return" that makes jumping such a rush.Owned by Remi #?
labrys 0 #5 March 6, 2004 Thanks! Made me cringe too. Sometimes I wonder if I'm too old to do this. I'm not very graceful at 40.Owned by Remi #?
newsstand 0 #6 March 6, 2004 While I know my exit needs a lot of work at 32 jumps the process has become boring. I am working on getting people to work with me in RW so that I can become more proficient ona new skill. "Truth is tough. ZoneRat 0 #8 March 6, 2004 Nice. Very nice. I love the fact you chose to include the part when your S.O. was positioning the goggles prior to her tandem. Her hands were trembling so. But she went through with it. Brave. I'll bet that jump meant the world to her.“There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophies.”

themitchyone 0 #10 March 6, 2004 Thanks for sharing! You're plenty graceful. labrys 0 #11 March 6, 2004 I'll make sure she sees this post... it's not really funny ( ) but this is her second tandem. We did the first together 7-8 years ago. I think she gets the "brave" award because she passed out under canopy the first time.Owned by Remi #?

Brings back memories. As far as your exits sucking, I hear that loud and clear. You shoulda seen my Level Six. Took me a few thousand feet to get on my belly! Phew that was fun (scary as hell at the time, but looking back on it...it was a blast). Work on dem landings, hospital bills can be expensive! The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!! I think I was jumping that gold canopy at around 10 jumps, which means I was fresh off the radio. I developed some serious PLF skills early on. I still only stand up about half my landings, but the falls are a lot softer now. Canopy control course is at the top of my list of things to do this year.Owned by Remi #?
