JohnRich 4 #1 March 8, 2004 Attached is a photo of Skydive Houston's C-182 prop spinner. Maybe we should nickname the aircraft "The Eyeball". Does anyone else have any cool paint jobs on their prop spinners?

AggieDave 6 #3 March 8, 2004 We called it Cyclops when we had that plane. I've probably done 300 jumps out of that very 182. It used to be one climbing SOB, the 182 we have now actually climbs faster then that one did, which surprised the ever living hell out of me. Very nice and very fun plane. Now you need to get Virgilo to paint the spinners on the otter like a pair of tits and you'll be set.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." JohnRich 4 #4 March 9, 2004 QuoteWe called it Cyclops when we had that plane. It used to be one climbing SOB... Oh, I like "Cyclops" as a name. I'll see if I can spread that around and get it carried forward at this new DZ (for this plane). The previous C-182 has been in the hanger in pieces for months. I don't know what work is being done on it. I've only jumped Cyclops once, on a low cloud cover day when we couldn't get full altitude in the Otter. It does seem like a nice C-182.
