He supposedly will not go to Cleveland where the Browns want him badly and would be the clear cut starter. No word on what will happen to Johnson if Garcia comes aboard. Although, I'd like to see them finalize a decision about Couch before seeking a new QB. I'm sure Garcia's dad is certain about his son signing with the Bucs...but until it's a done deal...save the beer and party favors.
