Adobe Premiere Help (compressing video)

Recommended Posts

Hey all...

I just firewired my FF1 jump from camcorder to PC and edited it, converted it to MPEG through TMPGEnc and it comes out to about 75Megs for 1min 30.

What's the best way to compress it? It's running automatically at 3/4 the size of my screen... how the hell do I tell Adobe to record it smaller???? :S

A little help? Please??

Will

Yoink...

not sure which version of premiere you are using, but you should be able to change the size of the screen in your project settings... usually done when starting a new project.

In Premiere Pro, if you go to File => export movie => and then settings on the save window, you can go to the Video tab and change the Frame Size.

Hope some of this helps. It's a bit different for each version of premiere.
