happythoughts 0 #18 March 10, 2004 Most trailers off the dz are actually less expensive. Plus, living on a dz has the disadvantages of a verrrry small town. The noise level is always up. It is better to live near the dz and commute unless you plan on working on the dz. If you are going to USF or UT, there is a lot of options. The drive from the dz to Tampa would get old quickly.
