hmatousek 0 #51 March 11, 2004 Thanks Val. I'm thinking that both men and women are looking for the same thing, it just depends on what you want. There are lots of girls looking to get laid as well as there are men. There are also lots of guys who are looking for an emotional attachment. Although my advice is idealistic it all revolves around honesty. Guys, don't try to pick up a girl who wants an emotional attachment if that's not what your after. I know it's easier said than done. Girls, don't hook up with a guy on any given night if your not looking for a one night stand. Also easier said then done. The same is true if you reverse it. Be honest with yourself and the other person involved. This way hurt feelings are not an issue. Life does involve speaking. HeatherLife doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful! blueskyserenity 0 #53 March 11, 2004 I voted companion. Friends are awesome. We couldn't live w/out them. Dates can go either way. Overnites don't really appeal to me. Spouse, been there done that, moving on. A companion would be someone that you feel completely comfortable with both emotionally and physically. And lets face it. Both of these are equally important. However, a companion could be a casual relationship. No strings attached. You do your thing, I'll do mine (within reason of course). I don't want to "share" someone physically and don't want to be "shared" either. When we see each other, great, let's have a kick ass time together. I don't worry about you, don't worry about me. Jealously? What's that? You asked. This is what I want!I like coconuts. You can break them open and they smell like ladies lying in the sun!
