slug 1 #8 March 12, 2004 Hey Wingnut How much you weigh? Nutin personnel the PC will do fine as long as your not a "big Boy". Hint: Go for the Peas. Winds on a 24 ft reserve can be a challenge. But it's been done. Mini system damn If you get hurt can I buy it? R.I.P. R.I.P.

Rainbo 0 #11 March 13, 2004 You would not believe how many jumps I have on one of them. Course it was that or a T-10, I went with the high performance.Rainbo TheSpeedTriple - Speed is everything "Blessed are those who can give without remembering, and take without forgetting." gary350 0 #12 March 13, 2004 QuotePractice your PLFs Lots and lots Or not. Along with a lot of other folks, I used to do stand-ups under a P/C when conditions were decent. You can flare 'em just like those new fangled square shaped things. Not sure if pulling down the rear risers on landing had an aerodynamic effect or if you were just cancelling out some of your downward speed by pulling yourself up. . . But it did work. A few times anyway. . . Careful.

skydiver51 0 #14 March 14, 2004 You will love it. I have 60+ jumps on PC's and a Thunder Bow. Here are a couple of pics taken last year when we had nastalga day. It had been 32 years since I jumped the Thunder Bow (the triangle shape canopy). I didn't realize it was on it's side. Right side up now.
