Brisco 0 #1 March 14, 2004 America's Most Wanted profiled a guy this evening who is wanted for raping his best friends wife while the husbad was off on military duty. Guy's name is Neil Newmeister (not sure of that spelling but is pronounced new-my-ster). They said he loves to skydive and was last seen in Toledo Ohio. Anybody know this guy?
