I've been having serious balance problems which cause me to fall a lot. Fortunately I am so programmed to protect my head. But my knees and elbows really take a beating.

Well, I finally did it. I fell and broke my left knee cap. Damn that hurts. I honestly have never been so accident prone in my life. The meds are helping a lot and the knee cap will heal before my head.

This really black cloud has got to pass someday.

Anyway, I'm really stoned right now and need to sleep.

Noone told me turning 40 was going to be such a bitch.
